Proofmarc is operated by Thinx AI Pty Ltd (ABN to be confirmed at incorporation), an Australian-incorporated company. In this policy, "Proofmarc", "we", and "us" refers to Thinx AI Pty Ltd. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit our website, engage with our sales process, or use the Proofmarc platform under contract.

When your organisation deploys Proofmarc, we receive decision records that may contain identifiers, inputs, model outputs, confidence scores, and human review records. Whether that data includes personal information depends on what your organisation chooses to send us. By default, we recommend hashing or tokenising customer identifiers before they reach Proofmarc.
