This website is operated by Thinx AI Pty Ltd, an Australian-incorporated company trading as Proofmarc. References to "Proofmarc", "we", and "us" mean Thinx AI Pty Ltd.

All content on this site, including the Proofmarc name, logo, copy, illustrations, and product mockups, is owned by Thinx AI Pty Ltd or licensed to us. The Proofmarc word mark and shield device are trademarks of Thinx AI Pty Ltd. Third-party trademarks shown on integration pages (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake) remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for descriptive purposes only.
